We manage everything for our investor clients including identifying suitable tenants, leasing of property, collecting and regulating rent payments, following up on any changes in Ontario rent guidelines and implementing them (this also comprises enforcement of increased rent rate), preparing monthly financial reports, and dealing with any up-keep/maintenance requests.
