Monthly collection

We have a system in place wherewith our tenants are clear on payment instructions. Rent is collected monthly and receipts are handed over. The owner, therefore, is relieved of this tedious task. Having a middle man allows both parties to voice concerns, if there are any, without any scruples. We can impartially carry out efficient communication between them.


We want to improve the experience of both parties, i.e. the property owner and the tenant. So where we aid the owners by collecting rent on their behalf, we also aid the tenant by making their deposits for them, freeing them of paperwork and any need to go out of their way to pay their dues.

Financial reporting

A big part of management is maintaining records of money and contractual/legal components. We at Rayo Irani, make sure that all our books and records are regularly updated. The property owner gets regular updates on where their books stand. Therefore, at any given point, should there be a need to produce factual history to resolve an unpleasant situation, we’ve got your back.
