All our tenants, prior to any deal being offered, are screened to explore their options and ascertain their financial standing. The only purpose of this activity is to make sure they are compatible to the offer we are planning to make and that they will make a good match with the property owner.

As a result of the above mentioned activity, vacancy periods are considerably small with our real estate. Whether it is the time at the start when we have just taken on a piece of property, or a tenant has recently vacated it, the place will be occupied by new renters as soon as possible.
